To access your NetCall Customer Portal

Click Here

Enter your Digital Phone Number (i.e. 2001********)
and your Voice Mail Passcode (i.e. 12345)

Note: If you do not have or have forgotten your Digital Telephone Number or require a Voicemail Password reset, please call our office at 780-672-8839 during regular office hours M-F 9:00am-4:30pm.
This information is not available during after hours on-call.


IMPORTANT NOTE: When you dial 911 using NetCall, you will be connected to an intermediate operator. This operator will ask that you confirm your location and will then transfer you to the emergency services agency that serves the area you have identified.
When calling for emergency help, you must be prepared to confirm your location and callback number with the operator. This is particularly important if you have moved your NetCall device to a location other than your registered service address. For this reason we have set up access to allow you to update the address associated with your NetCall box, when you login to view your calling history you can view and update your address as needed. *** NetCall 911 Limitations***
